Supervisor Store
Job Descriptions:
• Manage day to day operation in the store
• Ensure all company SOP are well implemented
• Doing sales analysis (best selling, less selling, average transaction per unit) in order to push sales
• Maintain and arrange merchandise display as per guidelines
• Control and propose merchandise movement in order to increase store's sales
• Manage and develop team
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 year of working experiences in Retail as supervisor / leader
• Preferably specializing in Sales - Retail - Grocery or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills and working with Excel.
• Prefereable domicil in Jakarta area
