Job Descriptions :
Responsible for Project Planning & Coordination, including for managing end-to-end packaging printing projects, develop project timelines, production schedules, and delivery plans, coordinating activities between sales, artwork, prepress, production, and logistics. Monitoring project milestones and ensure deadlines are achieved. However, allocating internal resources effectively, and bridging communications amongst the Departments;
In related to Client Communication & Relationship Management : Serving as the main contact person for customers during project execution with the cooperation with Sales Teams. Clarify customer specifications, artwork requirements (and makesure any revision related to the artwork data which will be used for final usage), colors, materials, and finishing details. Provide project status updates to clients. Handle customer complaints, revisions, and change requests professionally. Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business;
Production Management & Coordination : Coordinate with production supervisors/ manager to ensure smooth manufacturing flow in each of the projects. Monitor printing schedules for offset, flexographic, gravure, or digital printing processes. Ensure machine capacity and manpower availability align with project needs. Resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues, including indicate for any potential delay for Delivery Projects;
Quality Assurance spectrums : ensuring packaging products meet customer specifications and quality standards.Review proofs, color matching, mockups, and sample approvals.
Coordinate with Quality Control teams regarding defects or non-conformance issues (If Any). Supporting Quality for minimizing rework, waste, and production errors;
Cost Control & Budget Management : Monitor project costs, material usage, and operational expenses. Ensure projects remain within approved budgets from Headquarters (HQ).Coordinate with procurement regarding material sourcing and pricing. Analyze cost variances and recommend improvements. Support profitability targets through efficient project execution;
Others Ad Hoc Tasks : Managing accurate project documentation and production records. Prepare project status reports and performance summaries. Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, waste percentage, downtime, and customer complaints.Ensure proper documentation for approvals, specifications, and revisions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines;
Minimum 5–10 years of solid experience in packaging printing, manufacturing operations, project management, or converting industries;
Proven experience managing multinational customer projects and complex production timelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;
Strong technical knowledge of in Printing Company : offset, flexographic, gravure, and digital printing processes, including pre-press workflow and color separation;
Deep understanding of packaging materials such as paperboard, corrugated board, flexible packaging, labels, laminates, inks, coatings, finishing applications, knowledge of color management systems, print quality standards, and packaging compliance requirements;
Experience handling FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, automotive, food & beverage, or packaging projects is highly preferred;
Excellent project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation capabilities with strong attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, production coordination, and stakeholder communication;
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skills, including handling customer escalations and urgent project issues. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience in cost control, budgeting, waste reduction, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives;
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems, CRM, production planning software, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Good command of English, both written and spoken, Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (Min. HSK 4) for multinational business communication;
Willing to be Placed in KNIC, Karawang - Jawa Barat, and able to join immediately.
