Demand Planner - Power BI User (Placement Kota Tangerang)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Demand Planner to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our import planning and scheduling processes, ensuring we meet customer demands efficiently. What you'll be doing

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align import plans with anticipated demand

• Optimize inventory levels and distribution schedules to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction

• Monitor and adjust import plans in response to market changes or unexpected events

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency

• Provide regular reports and presentations to leadership on demand planning activities and performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within the consumer goods or building material segment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Proficient in using demand planning and forecasting software, especially spreadsheet applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
