Yacht Production Supervisor
We are a fast-growing boatyard in Bali, Indonesia, building fiberglass speedboats and yachts for international clients.
We are looking for: Superintendent Yacht Production
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the fiberglass boat manufacturing team.
Oversee all aspects of fiberglass lay-up, lamination, and finishing.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures.
Ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
Foster a professional and supportive team environment.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure team compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in fiberglass motor yacht production (MANDATORY)
Strong experience with composite materials and marine boat production.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
A hands-on approach to problem-solving and production oversight.
Proficient in fiberglass lay-up, lamination, finishing, and quality control.
Ready to work full-time in the Ketewel, Gianyar-Bali
