Tanggung Jawab

• The Estimator is responsible for:

  ● Preparing detailed BOQs fully compliant with BCM Estimating SOP

  ● Breaking down all scopes into real construction components

  ● Pricing all works based on:

  ○ supplier quotations

  ○ subcontractor rates

  ○ confirmed material costs

  ● Applying realistic wastage allowances

  ● Separating:

  ○ direct construction costs

  ○ overheads

  ○ margin

  ● Producing cost summaries showing:

  ○ total direct cost

  ○ total overheads

  ○ total internal project cost

  ○ gross margin (IDR and %)

  ● Working closely with:

  ○ Project Managers

  ○ Construction team

  ○ Procurement

  ● Supporting the creation of a project programme based on the BOQ

  ● Answering commercial and technical questions on estimates

Persyaratan

• Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun sebagai estimator

• Pengetahuan tentang dokumen peraturan dan perangkat lunak estimasi

• Kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan dokumentasi desain

• Tanggung jawab dan organisasi
