We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized professional to join our school as the Head of Department Services. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all school service functions and maintaining a safe, efficient, responsive, and supportive environment for students, parents, staff, and the wider school community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing service operations, monitoring service quality, handling feedback and complaints professionally, and ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement across the school. The role requires strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
Report duties and responsibilities directly to the Head of Division / School Management
Monitor and maintain service quality standards across all communication and operational channels
Handle feedback, concerns, and complaints from parents and stakeholders in a responsive, professional, and solution-oriented manner
Coordinate with school leaders and related departments to ensure smooth service operations
Develop, review, and improve service procedures, policies, and operational standards
Identify and implement technology or systems that improve service efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain proper administration, documentation, and reporting systems
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen stakeholder engagement and communication
Prepare reflection reports, evaluations, and recommendations for continuous service improvement
Ensure all service activities align with the school’s mission, values, and quality standards
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Communication, Education Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in services, operations, or school administration
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Strong commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence
