Maintenance Assistant Manager

Assignment:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime. Core duties include:

• Supervising Maintenance Staff: Hire, train, and evaluate technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards, and providing coaching and development opportunities.

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, perform inspections, and oversee repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and automated systems.

• Budget and Resource Management: Track maintenance expenses, manage spare parts inventory, forecast material needs, and optimize costs while maintaining high operational standards.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and organizational policies.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs.

• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze maintenance reports, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Continuous Improvement: Develop workflow policies, implement energy-saving measures, and adopt best practices to enhance maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• Has similar or same work experiences at least 7 years

• Working at Coconuts Industry is preference

• Willing to relocate to North Sulawesi

• Can join immediately
