We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to help produce engaging, high-retention content for social media, advertising, and brand growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern editing styles, moves quickly, has a strong eye for pacing and storytelling, and enjoys creating content that captures attention. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from short-form social media clips to promotional and marketing content.
Edit short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Create engaging cuts with strong pacing and retention-focused editing
Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, zooms, and motion graphics where appropriate
Organize raw footage and maintain efficient editing workflows
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips
Follow brand guidelines while also bringing creative ideas to the table
Deliver projects on time with consistent quality
Collaborate with marketing and content teams
Strong experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Fluent English communication skills required
Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours
Understanding of short-form social media content and viral editing styles
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Reliable internet connection and computer setup
Portfolio or sample work required
Experience editing ads or performance marketing content
Motion graphics experience
Thumbnail design experience
Basic understanding of social media trends and algorithms
Experience working with U.S.-based companies or creators
