Preparing Production process

• Daily 5S activity before Setup production process and maintain the work area keep clean, safe and clarify.
• Perform Warming up machine, start up Checking, and verification master sample before Production running
• Provide and filling out production and maintenance form / record for Operation
• Prepare production supplies and sub materials for running production
• Follow daily briefing with all production staff
• Support Production Leader to perform Routine Preventive Maintenance activities

Productivitiy & OEE

• Keep effective machine and equipment for production processing hour are used.
• Keep target output and cycle time shiftly
• Ensure that equipment are maintained in good to reduce unplanned Breakdown
• Support Preparation Change Over Activities in work station

Quality

• Reduce production scrap ratio especially cause production damage
• Keep target Zero Customer Claim
• Keep quality condition during production.
• Follow Working Instruction, Production Procedure, and company rules / policies

Skill Up Grade Production

• Following Training activity according to Training Plan, Qualification skill matrix, Evaluation test, Blind Test and others
• Process training to increase competency

Keep Safety Condition

• Operating equipment safely for production processing.
• Ensure that equipment are in good condition and safe working condition.
• Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.

• Graduated minimum from SMK or SMU
• Fresh Graduate or preferred have 1 - 2 year work experience in manufacturing assembly
• Preferably attractive, good health, proactive, good team work, able to work independently and under pressure
• Preferably understand and speak English minimum passive
• Able to operate PC ( Ms word / Ms Excel)
• Fast learner, mature with nice attitude and detail oriented person
• Willing to be assigned work on field (Production) for extended period
• Willing work following shift schedule and Rotation
• Willing work in shift operation and work with standing method
• Willing to work on Lippo Cikarang area

This position will be hired 1 year-contract based
