Regional Account Supervisor

Adecco is partnering with a leading FMCG company in their search for Regional Account Supervisor - Manado Based (yearly contract). The role focuses on managing key retail relationships, monitoring product availability and promotions, analyzing sales and market trends, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize merchandising performance and business opportunities.

What will you do:

• Ensure achievement of sales targets, distribution, visibility, and merchandising execution in the assigned area.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, promotional implementation, pricing, and competitor activities.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with Pareto accounts.

• Coordinate with store management and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and promotions.

• Analyze sales performance, stock movement, and market trends to identify business opportunities.

• Monitor and improve in-store execution according to company standards (planogram, display, POSM, etc.).

• Handle negotiations and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO), including listing activities, promotions, and resolving store-related issues.

• Prepare periodic sales reports, market insights, and business reviews.

• Lead and supervise the merchandising or field support team.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, has leadership experience will be preferred

• Has experience working in FMCG Company

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis

• Willing to travel for business trips

• Have a driving license (SIM A/C)
