Legal Staff

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Bachelor Degree of Law (Business Law/Private Law)

• Have a minimum of 1 years experience in the same field

• Have a experience working in the law firm

• Fluent in English both written and oral

• Understanding the OSS-RBA system and legal drafting skills

• Can create polygons in Google Earth

General Qualifications:

• Perform maintenance permits associated with the establishment of a Company or representative office such as: Domicile, SIUP/IUT, TDP, NPWP, BKPM permits, company deed of establishment, etc

• Conduct some necessary surveys (if needed)

• Provide reports to clients related to the permitting process that has been carried out

• Provide complete information based on the rules that apply to the clients, related to the corporation legal issues in Indonesia, if necessary

• Monitoring documents due dates (KITAS, TDP, permits, etc.)

• Perform the maintenance work permits for foreigners

• Doing other relevant duties as required or delegated
