We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you’re confident with booking systems (especially PMS/Guesty) and love helping create seamless guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry or administrative support, preferably in reservations or a related field.
Possesses a strong understanding of reservation systems, booking software, and general computer skills, enabling efficient management of bookings and related tasks.
Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS), including platforms such as Guesty or similar systems.
Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments.
Willing and able to work at the Head Office, Mas, Ubud.
Responsibilities:
Handle and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms accurately and efficiently.
Maintain clear and professional verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth reservation operations and guest satisfaction.
