We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you’re confident with booking systems (especially PMS/Guesty) and love helping create seamless guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry or administrative support, preferably in reservations or a related field.

  • Possesses a strong understanding of reservation systems, booking software, and general computer skills, enabling efficient management of bookings and related tasks.

  • Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS), including platforms such as Guesty or similar systems.

  • Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments.

  • Willing and able to work at the Head Office, Mas, Ubud.

    Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain clear and professional verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth reservation operations and guest satisfaction.
