Job Descriptions:
Analyze manpower requirements with each department to ensure the organizational structure aligns with company needs.
Develop and maintain job descriptions to ensure ISO compliance and clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
Identify employee development needs through internal/external training programs or assessments, aligned with company needs and approved budgets.
Monitor HR information systems to ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
Manage employee data, transfers, promotions, and onboarding/offboarding processes in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare monthly HR reports based on accurate and up to date data to support evaluation within the HRGA & IT departments.
Draft and update HR policies to ensure employees understand and comply with company regulations.
Support and actively participate in HR-related programs (e.g., town halls, sharing sessions) to ensure smooth implementation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Law /Management or related field.
Min 2 years of working experience in similar position.
Strong competencies in office administration, organization development, human resource management, and reporting & analysis.
Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra (non-roster).
