We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of communicating with customers, tracking orders, coordinating with logistics companies, and managing delayed shipments.
Reply to customer inquiries through email, chat, or other communication channels.
Help customers with order status, tracking updates, delivery issues, and general questions.
Track orders regularly and understand how to check shipment progress.
Communicate with logistics companies regarding delayed, lost, returned, or problematic packages.
Manage and follow up on delayed orders until they are resolved.
Keep organized records of order numbers, shipping costs, refund amounts, compensation, and related data.
Report important issues to the team and help find solutions for customers.
Support refund or reshipment cases when necessary.
Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful tone when speaking with customers and partners.
Intermediate level of English.
Intermediate level of Korean.
