JOB DESCRIPTION OF ADMIN & GA (Jabodetabek)
Area of Focused: Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to both students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling inquiries, managing student records, and maintaining inventory supplies.
Scheduling: Coordinate class schedules, teacher assignments, and special events to optimize resource utilization and ensure a seamless learning experience.
Customer Service: Interact with parents, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about our programs.
Financial Management: Assist with billing, invoicing, petty cash, cash in advance, and fee collection processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to teachers and staff, assisting with lesson materials, attendance tracking, and other paperworks as needed in a timely manner.
Marketing Support: Assist in promoting branch activities and events through various channels, including social media, flyers, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
Willing to work in shifts.
Available to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.).
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and managing records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a plus.
