Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and operational summaries that are concise and actionable.
Attend key meetings with the CEO, document decisions, and follow up on action items across stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows using technology, AI tools, or automation.
Handle dynamic, ad-hoc situations and high-priority tasks with a sense of urgency and ownership.
Serve as a reliable bridge between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders across various business needs.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Project Manager, CEO Office, Business Operations, or similar role.
Strong operational mindset with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Highly tech-savvy. Comfortable with AI tools, automation platforms, digital workflows, and basic coding logic as a means to improve efficiency.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data (comfortable working with spreadsheets) or research into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused (someone who takes initiative without needing to be told twice).
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift and adaptability is key.
Prior exposure to startup, property tech, or cross-functional business environments is a plus.
