Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all site operations (technical & non-technical) to ensure optimal performance
Develop engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports for mining projects, including environmental control
Plan, coordinate, and oversee mining & reclamation activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Ensure operational excellence in production, quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Implement and monitor HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) systems aligned with company policies and government regulations
Handle day-to-day operational issues, including stakeholder and community relations
Drive site performance to achieve operational and financial (P&L) targets
Lead monthly management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to site teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in mineral mining operations
Proven experience as KTT Definitif (Kepala Teknik Tambang) in IUP OP projects (min. 2–3 years)
Experience in overseeing or supporting integrated industrial areas linked to mining operations
Mandatory: POU Certification
Strong understanding of subcontract management, including project control, risk management, scheduling, and cost control
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in both technical mining operations and financial (P&L) management
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Result-oriented, target-driven, and highly motivated
