Factory Manager

Our company is a manufacturer which is located in North Sumatera. Our company needs the best candidate to add a Factory Manager line, who is responsible to plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes to achieve company’s target. The key responsibilities are:

• Set the production schedule to achieve target (according to delivery schedule and customer request)

• Make sure the manufacturing process run effective and efficient

• Manage the workers from all level; motivate, control, and develop workers to achieve target

• Set and assure the availability of resources for manufacturing process

• Coordinate with QC Dept about all quality issues

• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external party for production purpose

• Make sure that the work process comply with existing Work Instruction and SOP

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Diploma degree, majoring in engineering (related with Industry or Manufacture)

• At least 10 years of related work experience, 8 years as Production Manager in manufacture

• Proven experience on target achievement, based on quality and quantitative standard

• Strong leadership, excellent at build and develop team work

• Open to challenge, work well under pressure, excellent analytical thinking, and communicate effectively with various level

• Problem solving and decision making capability

• Reside in Medan region (more preferred)
