About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HRD Administration professional to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya. As a contract employee, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department, ensuring efficient administrative processes and contributing to the overall success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing relevant documents and maintaining accurate personnel records
Assist with the coordination of employee benefits, such as health insurance, leave, and other company-provided perks
Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, including data entry, filing, and document management
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, preferably in the logistics or trading industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficient in data entry and the use of HR-related software and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
