We are looking for a proactive and communicative Junior Account Manager to handle client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure all marketing campaigns run smoothly and effectively. This role will act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative/digital team to maintain excellent service and long-term partnerships.
Handle day-to-day communication with clients professionally and efficiently
Understand client needs, goals, and project expectations
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and project timelines
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Prepare reports, recaps, presentations, and meeting notes for clients
Manage multiple accounts and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in brainstorming marketing ideas and campaign strategies
Ensure all client requests, revisions, and feedback are communicated clearly to the team
Support upselling opportunities and maintain client satisfaction
Maintain organized documentation and account records
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Familiar with digital marketing and social media is a plus
Able to work independently and within a team
WFO (Work From Office)
Experience in marketing agency, advertising, or client handling is a plus
Confident in handling meetings and presentations
Good understanding of social media, branding, and marketing campaigns
