Branch Manager - Pontianak

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our branches in Pekanbaru. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.

3. Ensure and maintain high-quality products at all stores.

4. Manage daily operations, including sales, production, and distribution management.

5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and development.

7. Build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Maximum age of 45 years.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience at the managerial level in Food and Beverage / Logistics / Distribution Industry.

4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a successful team.

5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

6. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

7. Excellent marketing and business development skills and experience.

8. Familiarity with balance scorecard and ability to work under pressure.

9. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.

10. Preferably having experience in the food industry.
