SALES MANAGEMENT (SUPERVISOR LEVEL)
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Understanding of mathematics and statistics is preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor Sales Management (Experience in financial industry is preferred).
Experience in developing a sales officer team (from induction to cadre formation).
Experience in controlling and monitoring branch and outlet expansion.
Experience supervising business support on a national scale.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Has the ability and skill set to train, motivate and empower a large team's sales.
Highly motivated, data oriented, and fast learner.
Strong logical thinking.
Willing to work at the Head Office (North Jakarta - Kirana Three Office Tower).
