Job Responsibilities:
Handle sales-related documentation and assist with order processing
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments
Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining sales records
Prepare business correspondence and respond to inquiries via email and phone
Provide support in handling basic import/export procedures and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or as a business assistant
Familiarity with international trade, particularly import/export practices in Indonesia
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
