Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual sales plans, regional sales quotas, and market penetration strategies for both existing and new products.
Lead, mentor, and motivate Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers to ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs across all regions.
Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients, national distributors, and major retail partners.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and analyze sales performance metrics to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
Manage the national sales budget, including promotional spending, operational costs, and sales incentives.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales execution with brand campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure product availability and efficient national distribution.
Conduct regular market visits across regions to evaluate field execution, understand market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to strengthen market positioning and sales performance.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, team productivity, and customer relationship management.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in related sales fields and managerial positions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets on a national scale.
Strong expertise in sales data analysis and proficiency in CRM tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze economic conditions and market trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
Willing to travel extensively across regions nationwide
