Job Description:
Lead and drive Human Capital Development strategies covering Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to support organizational growth and business sustainability.
Develop and implement competency development frameworks, talent management systems, and succession planning programs.
Design and execute organization development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, employee capability, and performance culture.
Manage learning & development programs including training needs analysis, leadership development, and employee capability enhancement.
Develop effective talent acquisition strategies, talent pipeline, and employer branding initiatives to ensure timely fulfillment of high-quality talent.
Analyze organizational structure, manpower capability, and development needs to support business objectives.
Collaborate with management and department heads to align HC strategies with business direction.
Monitor HC metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and people development initiatives.
Foster a strong performance-driven, agile, and continuous improvement culture within the organization.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position within the manufacturing industry related industries.
Strong understanding of competency development, talent management, and organization development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang
