Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and driving the success of our product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and requirements

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively engaging with potential clients to showcase our ERP solutions

• Manage the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and implementation

• Collaborate with our technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions

• Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement

• Contribute to the overall sales strategy and assist in the development of new product offerings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales professional for all IT Solution

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients

• Proficient in identifying and addressing client needs, delivering tailored solutions

• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing sales and meeting or exceeding targets

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Passionate about technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
