About the role
Join the dynamic team at PT Asuransi Wahana Tata as a Claim MV & HE. In this full-time role based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for handling claims related to motor vehicles and household equipment. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Efficiently process and manage claims for motor vehicles and household equipment
Investigate and assess the validity of claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence
Liaise with policyholders, repair shops, and other stakeholders to facilitate claim resolution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claim activities
Identify and address any potential fraud or discrepancies
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the claims process
Stay informed of industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a claims-handling role, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and assess claims
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, vendors, and colleagues
Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Knowledge of insurance regulations and claims processing procedures
A customer-centric approach and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
