The candidate will be responsible for overseeing pre-opening activities, operational setup, staff coordination, guest experience standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the property.

## Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management
* Experience in pre-opening or operational setup is highly preferred
* Good leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Able to work independently and under pressure
* Good understanding of hospitality service standards
* Willing to stay and work at the project location.
* Positive attitude, disciplined, and responsible

## Additional Information
The project is located in Sumba, approximately 1 hour flight from Bali.
Accommodation, flights, and operational support will be fully provided by the company during the employment period.
