Responsibilities:
Execute merchandising plan (allocation, delivery, installation, analyse).
Handle any project from sales team that related with merchandising activities.
Manage people allocation to optimize store coverage.
Monitoring and analyse merchandising and people performance by doing store visit.
Working closely with third party company and its member to have expected merchandising services.
Perform periodic business review with third party company for better performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree’s in Marketing, Engineering and equivalent.
Minimum 1 year working experience in related position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and problem solving skills with an orientation to people.
Capable of working effectively as a team player in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and English (both written & verbal) is required.
Proactive, independent, agile and strong follow up skills
