Amplified Marketing is a Singapore-based performance marketing agency serving Small Medium Business and Sales Professionals. We are looking for an Operations & Executive Assistant to help keep the agency, team, and founder organized.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, warm with people, reliable, and enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Operations Support

You will help manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, including:

• Coordinating filming days, studios, shot lists, and crew

• Running long-form videos through our clipping workflow and selecting the best clips

• Supporting new client onboarding

• Setting up Google Drive folders and collecting required access

• Preparing weekly client status updates

• Following up with clients on missing documents or overdue items

• Coordinating vendors, gifts, events, and small operational tasks

• Handling client communication through WhatsApp

• Picking up tasks assigned through ClickUp and our internal systems

Executive Assistant Support

You will also support the founder directly with:

• Calendar management

• Travel bookings and itinerary planning

• Inbox and WhatsApp triage

• Drafting simple replies

• Personal admin such as reminders, bookings, and small errands

• Helping protect the founder’s time and focus

Process & SOP Support

As you work through recurring tasks, you will help document the process using Loom so the team can turn it into SOPs.

You do not need to build automations, but you should be able to spot when something is broken or needs attention.

• You are organized and detail-oriented

• You follow up patiently without being pushy

• You can move fast when needed

• You are comfortable using AI tools

• You communicate clearly in English

• You can work Singapore hours

• You have reliable internet and a quiet workspace

• You have used tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, Loom, Notion, Trello, ChatGPT, Claude, Calendly, CapCut, or similar tools

This Role Is Not For You If

• You need a very corporate or highly structured environment

• You dislike working through WhatsApp and online tools

• You are uncomfortable handling both business and light personal admin
