urgently seeking HR Supervisor Candidate

with the following qualifications:

1. minimum diploma or bachelor degree

2. minimum 4 year experience in HR & Legal

3. strong in interpersonal and leadership skill

4. Hard worker

5. Can Join immediately

6. Surabaya based candidate preferred

this position will be directly reporting to CHIEF ACCOUNTING of MaxoneHotel Tidar Surabaya

and will be responsible to (1) controlling day to day Hotel Security and frontliner Operation, (2) Managing & Training Trainees (20-25 trainees), (3) Recruit Vacant position within company (4) handling & managing guest complaints, (5) formulating plans & strategies for achieving effective HR Management (6) Managing HOTEL legal and permits.
