Requirements :
Minimal Pendidikan S1 Semua Jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun dibidang yang sama
Memahami cara berkomunikasi dan membaca data dengan baik
Memiliki pemahaman ISO 9001:2015; ISO 45001:2018 serta SMK3
Memiliki pengalaman dalam penyusunan CSMS dan HSE Plan untuk tender
Memiliki minumal sertifikat AK3U
Memiliki serifikasi auditor ISO 45001
Job Desc :
Membangun dan memelihara Sistem Manajemen SHE yang komprehensif sesuai standar internasional (ISO 45001 untuk Keselamatan dan ISO 14001 untuk Lingkungan)
Memimpin analisis akar masalah (root cause analysis) jika terjadi kecelakaan atau near-miss, serta memastikan tindakan perbaikan sudah dilakukan sesuai standard
Menyelenggarakan Safety Induction, Toolbox Meeting, dan program pelatihan rutin untuk membangun kesadaran keselamatan
Melakukan inspeksi lapangan secara berkala untuk memastikan prosedur dijalankan dengan konsisten di lokasi proyek
Mengelola dokumen SHE yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kualifikasi proyek (CSMS/HSE Plan
