Project Manager MEP
Requirements :
Min. Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Professional Engineer license is a plus)
Having 15 years of experience managing MEP projects
Proven track record of handling MEP Projects
Proficient in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and Project Management software (MS Office, or MS Project)
Excellent communication, maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Understand that in MEP, a 5cm clearance issue can stall a project for weeks.
Having Leadership skill for mentor teams
Responsibilities :
Direct all MEP site operations, ensuring installation aligns with BIM models and technical specifications
Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower leveling, and the procurement of high-value MEP components
Proactively identify and resolve "clashes" between MEP services and structural/architectural elements
Manage the MEP budget, track variations, and implement value engineering to optimize project margins
Enforce rigorous QA/QC protocols and ensure all installations exceed HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
Lead the final hand-over process, including systems integration testing and owner training
