Sales Officer

Responsibilities:
• Offer products to customers and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities (corporate, cafés, hotels, events, etc.)
• Handle wholesale / custom orders
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Ensure orders are processed according to customer needs
• Help achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Prepare regular sales activity reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years experience in the same position
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Experience in sales or F&B industry is a plus
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and digital tools
