We are a company specialised in the sourcing of natural raw materials and essential oils in Indonesian. We work in direct partnership with producers and cooperatives operating across several key regions - Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi - to supply our customers with traceable, high-quality natural ingredients.
To strengthen our team, we are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to oversee our entire supply chain - from sourcing at origin to the delivery. This is a strategic, high-impact position with a clear path of evolution.
Missions:
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain across Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi, from sourcing at origin to shipment to Europe
Supervise local warehouse operations: receipt, storage, quality control, container preparation and dispatch
Identify, qualify and develop new suppliers, partners and cooperatives
Monitor market prices for natural raw materials and negotiate purchase prices directly at source
Travel frequently to meet local teams, producers and partners on the field
Attend technical and field audits (quality, sustainability, compliance)
Manage and develop local operational teams (procurement, logistics, quality, warehouse)
Report KPIs to Group Management and contribute to the subsidiary's strategy, budget and administrative management
Profile sought:
Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree (BS to Bachelor's degree), ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business or Trading industry.
Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years in a similar role, including proven team management. Experience in natural raw materials, essential oils or other trading industries is strongly preferred.
Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) and fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
Technical skills: Strong knowledge of natural raw materials, mastery of trading and negotiation, command of import/export, Incoterms and international logistics.
Personal qualities: Leadership, hands-on management, negotiation skills, rigour and field/board agility.
