Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Instagram (Feed/Reels/Stories) and Tiktok strategies tailored to Indonesian skincare consumers.
• Create localized content: skincare tutorials, product demos, ingredient spotlights, and videos aligned with Indonesian beauty trends.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement (comments/DMs), and analyze performance via social media analytics tools.
• Adapt and execute social media strategies for targeted Asian regions, tailoring content to meet the specific consumer preferences and beauty trends of the local market.
• Write compelling captions that match the brand’s tone of voice.
• Identify the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Collaborate on product launches/promotions and partner with local skincare micro-influencers to amplify reach.
• Leverage in-depth understanding of Indonesian consumer preferences to optimize content for engagement and conversion.
Requirements :
• Fluent English (able to use English as the working language).
• 1-2 years of proven social media experience in the skincare/beauty industry (Instagram/TikTok focus).
• Willingness to handle and oversee social media platforms for the Asian market, with a focus on localized trends and cross-cultural communication.
• Deep knowledge of International skincare consumer preferences, local beauty trends, and social media behaviors.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut) and proficiency in analytics tools.
• Beauty enthusiast, extroverted, & has a unique writing personality.
• Strong creative writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to adapt tone for platform audiences.
