About the Role – HR/GA (PT IKI)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/GA Staff to join PT IKI. This role plays a key part in managing both Human Resources and General Affairs functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR processes, including payroll, as well as supporting office operations and management needs. This position requires someone who is highly organized, responsive, and able to support both employees and management effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions, including employee administration and payroll processing

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time

  • Handle HR-related matters such as attendance, leave management, and employee support

  • Oversee General Affairs operations, including office maintenance and procurement of office supplies

  • Support management, including assisting expatriate/boss needs during their stay in Indonesia

  • Ensure all office operations run smoothly and efficiently

  • Provide administrative and operational support to all teams as needed

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required


Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/GA, including payroll handling

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • High initiative, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Diligent, responsible, and service-oriented mindset

  • Good communication skills; fluent in English is a plus point

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
