Sales Support/Admin Sales
Responsibility:
Assist in compiling and preparing tender documents, proposals and interior project bids.
Prepare and send presentations, brochures, and sales materials to customers.
Assist in managing the schedule and coordination of sales team meetings.
Provide administrative support in project document management.
Maintain and manage customer database and project information.
Create and maintain sales reports and interior projects.
Understand the interior products offered by the company and keep abreast of related industry developments.
Qualification:
Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office, and Accurate tools.
Minimum one year experience as Sales Support (in interior contractor is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, both orally and in writing.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time well.
Self-motivated, hardworking, able to work under pressure and ability to handle multiple tasks.
