About the role
Physiogym Be more, a leading provider of holistic health and wellness services originated from Japan, is urgently seeking an experienced and passionate a Customer Service. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client support and ensuring a seamless customer experience ("Omotenashi"). This is a contract position based in South Jakarta, where you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests on- and offline, all while representing the company's commitment to excellence.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels (ie. WA) in a timely and professional manner
Promoting (sales) to client visits to our studio for Trial as well as Renewal by the existing client (member).
Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting all relevant information
Providing updates and feedback to the sales and management teams to help improve customer satisfaction
Assisting with administrative tasks related to client accounts and data management
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer support experience
What we're looking for
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the administration or sales support industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and relevant software tools
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organization
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Having Japanese language skill is an advantage point
Familiar and understand how to operate CANVA, CapCut, and Microsoft Office.
