The Restaurant Supervisor's at Toko Bakmi Kita is Responsibility for ensuring efficient daily operations, overseeing team performance, managing work schedules, ensuring compliance with procedures, resolving operational issues, and acting as a bridge between management and staff to achieve company targets, including managing resources, inventory Daily or Monthly, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, evaluate performance, provide feedback, resolve issues, and maintain morale within the Front Office (FOH) team.
Ensure all tasks are executed to standards, efficiently, and with high quality by the FOH team.
Develop work schedules, set priorities, and allocate resources within the FOH division.
Monitor inventory, ensure availability, and control the flow of incoming and outgoing goods (especially in the warehouse/store).
Identify ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and reduce waste.
Prepare daily/periodic reports on sales, performance, and target achievement.
Serve as a liaison between management and staff, and handle customer complaints.
work on daily, weekly and monthly reports based on the ESB system
Manage front-of-house (FOH) staff, ensure smooth service, and monitor food/beverage quality.
Qualification & Required Skills:
Applicants Must be no older than 35 years
More than 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience (F&B Background Required)
Experience handling ESB or Famili
