Exim Administration Supervisor ( Jakarta)
PT. Putra Baja Deli sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Exim Administration Supervisor yang bertugas mengelola dokumen ekspor-impor, memastikan kelancaran proses pengiriman, serta mendukung administrasi terkait perdagangan internasional.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Mengawasi dan mengelola proses administrasi ekspor dan impor secara end-to-end
- Memastikan kelengkapan dan keakuratan dokumen EXIM (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, dll.)
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan kepabeanan dan perdagangan internasional
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal (logistik, gudang, finance) dan eksternal (forwarder, bea cukai, supplier, customer)
- Mengontrol jadwal pengiriman dan kedatangan barang
- Mengelola perizinan ekspor-impor (PIB, PEB, dll.)
- Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan kendala dalam proses pengiriman internasional
- Membuat laporan rutin terkait aktivitas ekspor-impor
- Melakukan evaluasi dan peningkatan efisiensi proses EXIM
- Membimbing dan mengawasi tim administrasi EXIM
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Logistik, Manajemen, Bisnis Internasional, atau bidang terkait)
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang ekspor-impor, dengan pengalaman supervisi lebih diutamakan
- Memahami regulasi kepabeanan dan prosedur ekspor-impor
- Familiar dengan dokumen dan sistem EXIM (PIB, PEB, HS Code, dll.)
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan)
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan problem solving yang baik

PT Putra Baja Deli (PBD) was founded in 2004 located on 23 hectare land area of Lamhotma Industrial Estate, Medan, and North Sumatra, Indonesia, which has total area 650 Ha. Another 100 hectare has been reserved for long term goal of PT Putra Baja Deli which is to build an integrated steel plant with international scale. With such strategic location near Belawan port, a jetty facility is under construction to increase cargo transportation capacity as well as reducing cost for both local and international shipment. The rolling mill of PT Putra Baja Deli produces: • Round Bar/Deformed Bar with diameter 6 -25 mm • U Channel with size up to 100 mm • Angle Bar with size up to 100 mm To increase product quality, PT Putra Baja Deli keeps on upgrading the plant such as investing in a Temporal Quenching System which increases the strength and quality of high tensile deformed bar to achieve International Standard for export market. As a relatively new player, PT Putra Baja Deli is in advantage position since it could be able to choose the latest and the most efficient technology hence increasing its competitiveness as well as producing high quality steel products.
