We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as an HR Administration.
Placement: Kerobokan Bali
Maintain and update employee records (personal data, contracts, attendance, etc.) through HRIS
Manage and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Operate and maintain HRIS data, ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date
Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidates)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle employee documentation, including contracts, warning letters, and other HR-related documents
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and payroll data
Handle administrative arrangements for business trips (travel bookings, itineraries, expense reports, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role
Familiar with payroll processes and HR administration
Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Experienced in handling business trip administration (travel arrangements and reporting)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
