Finance Staff (Account Payable)

Job Description:

As a vital member of our finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making by managing accurate and transparent financial data. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Processing and simplifying complex financial data to make it easily understandable for stakeholders.

2. Recording and managing daily financial data accurately to support decision-making processes.

3. Verifying supporting documents such as vendor invoices and settlements in accordance with company SOPs.

4. Preparing payment vouchers for various transactions promptly and in compliance with procedures.

5. Monitoring daily bank transactions to ensure accuracy and smooth cash flow.

6. Ensuring proper VAT (PPN) and income tax (PPh) deductions in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

7. Reviewing cash advances to confirm correctness and completeness of documentation.

8. Preparing daily wage and monthly payable reports with high accuracy and ensuring timely submission.
   

Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year experience in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of payment processes and taxation.

3. Knowledgeable in payment procedures, VAT & income tax (PPN & PPh), and company financial SOPs.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized in managing data and workflows.

6. Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising work quality.
