Sales Manager

Jagara Eco Park is a leading provider of sustainable eco-tourism experiences in the Kuningan region of West Java. We are committed to promoting responsible travel and preserving the natural beauty of the local environment.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team at Jagara Eco Park, a leading eco-tourism company located in Kuningan, West Java. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness for our eco-tourism offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuningan.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to promote Jagara Eco Park products and services (which includes Restaurant, Accommodation, and Playground).

2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage key client relationships

3. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies

4. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging marketing content, including website updates, social media posts, brochures, and advertisements

5. Collaborate with the broader team to enhance the customer experience and support business development initiatives

6. Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

7. Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure efficient and effective operations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing leadership role, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry

2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies to drive business growth

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making

5. Passion for eco-tourism and a commitment to promoting sustainable travel experiences

6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
