Working Location: Site Based - West Sumbawa
Working Schedule: Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)
Some of your duties will include:
To develop Quality of Food Safety and Hygiene
To Implement the high Standard of Food safety and Management System.
Ensure the Process starting from Food Receiving, Storage, Pre-Cooking/ Handling, Cooking process until serve are comply with the HACCP Standard.
Conducting the self-inspection and self-verification of food safety and Hygiene.
Monitoring and mitigate the process of food production starting from Raw Material received, Storage, preparation (thawing, cutting) precooking, cooking, serving and after serving. (Preparation and Handling Procedure).
Make a design for Food Campaign, Food Swab, food testing at lab, food safety training.
Verification for nutrition’s for all menu planning.
Review and give a revision for HACCP plan from Caterer.
Conduct Food Safety and Hygiene meeting for Caterer
What skills and experience do you need?
Diploma or University degree specific in Major “Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat” or K3 with preferred or Specialized: has a Food Handling Certificate, Food safety Awareness, FOOD safety management system.
Minimum 5 years as Food safety and Hygiene Officer with 3 years in QC Food Hygiene.
Demonstrate the ability to conduct comprehensive food safety and hygiene self-inspections, proactively monitor and mitigate risks throughout all stages of food handling, and design effective food safety initiatives including campaigns, swab programs, laboratory testing plans, and training materials.
Demonstrate the ability to verify and align nutritional information with menu planning standards, review and update HACCP plans for regulatory and company compliance, effectively lead food safety meetings with caterers and stakeholders, and carry out additional tasks aligned with food safety and hygiene responsibilities.
Demonstrate leadership by building trust-based relationships with integrity, fairly mediating conflicts, fostering an accountable and collaborative team environment, setting clear goals with appropriate support, inspiring and motivating through shared vision, leading and adapting to change, showing empathy and support, and making timely, effective decisions aligned with organizational goals and values.
Preferably holds a relevant certification in QC Food Hygiene.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
