Must be willing to travel to Singapore and Malaysia for inventory reconciliation on a monthly or bi-weekly basis
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full sets of accounts for all subsidiaries and related companies, ensuring timely monthly closings and accurate reporting.
Assist in preparation of Invoice, DO, quotation when requested.
Oversea AR and AP
Process Staff Claim and payroll
Support front-end team in day to day operation
Support procurement
Oversee general ledger transactions, bank reconciliations, and schedules, ensuring correctness and timely submission for review.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, along with budgeting, cash flow management, foreign exchange, and financial projections.
Conduct statutory consolidation and prepare group consolidated financial statements.
Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS and MFRS.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
Manage statutory audits, including preparation of financial statements and coordination with external auditors.
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and other external parties or stakeholders.
Review financial performance including assessment of actual results against budget and historical results to present in Audit Committee
Coordinate with various departments on the preparation of annual report, compile and review the information of annual report
Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Ad hoc reports requested by management.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MIA, and etc)
5 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in an audit firm.
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Able to work under pressure and independently
Able to meet tight deadline
