Site Supervisor MEP

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for Fire Protection System projects (hydrant, sprinkler, fire pump).

• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

• Monitor daily activities of workers and subcontractors to maintain quality and productivity.

• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently and report progress to the project team.

• Ensure compliance with HSE and fire safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Site Supervisor, preferably in Fire Protection System projects.

• Good understanding of fire protection systems, construction methods, and safety standards.

• Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure and manage site activities effectively.

• Placement in Batam, Riau, Indonesia
