Quality Assurance Engineer - RA

Key Responsibilities

• Practice best Quality Engineering guideline define by the Quality Engineering department
• Work with associate engineers to understand business requirement
• Work with Senior Engineers to understand the technical specification
• Participate requirement review session and log clarification
• Functional test case writing, execution & Defect management
• Support Senior engineers to identify non-functional requirement
• Participate in System Integration Testing
• UAT document preparation and UAT demo
• Follow Agile process
• On-time delivery
• Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 3+ year(s) experience
• 1+ year(s) experience in Software Quality Engineering
• Good understanding on basic QA practice
• Knowledge in testing concept and model
• Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
• Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
