Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, transfer, and promotion processes in alignment with business needs.
2. Analyze, design, and implement effective recruitment and assessment programs, including defining and monitoring success metrics.
3. Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and induction programs.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and assessment tools and processes.
5. Ensure all recruitment and assessment activities comply with company policies and standards.
6. Prepare recruitment data, reports, and effectiveness analyses for management review.
7. Support talent development initiatives, including training needs analysis and program design.
8. Conduct talent mapping and succession planning aligned with organizational strategy.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably Psychology.
2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in Human Capital or related functions.
3. Familiar with Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) technique.
4. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and HR systems.
5. Good command of written and spoken English.
6. Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
