Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communications, Business Administration, Management, or International Relations
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Corporate/Medical Secretary, or Office Manager
Proven track record in managing high-level administrative tasks and executive support
Administrative Management:
Proficient in document management, digital filing systems, and professional business correspondence
Public Relations & Communication:
Able to act as a representative for the executive when welcoming VIP guests or clients
Mastery of Tools:
Highly proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (especially shared calendars and task management tools)
Event Management:
Experienced in organizing corporate events, town halls, or large-scale coordination meetings
High-Level Organization:
Ability to prioritize effectively amidst a very demanding schedule
Problem Solving:
Quick to find solutions for logistical constraints or sudden schedule changes
Professional Presence:
Excellent communication ethics and a professional demeanor
Loyalty & Integrity:
Strictly maintains the executive’s privacy and corporate operational secrets
