  • Public Relations & Communication: Able to act as a representative for the executive when welcoming VIP guests or clients
  • Mastery of Tools: Highly proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (especially shared calendars and task management tools)
  • Event Management: Experienced in organizing corporate events, town halls, or large-scale coordination meetings
  • High-Level Organization: Ability to prioritize effectively amidst a very demanding schedule
  • Problem Solving: Quick to find solutions for logistical constraints or sudden schedule changes
  • Professional Presence: Excellent communication ethics and a professional demeanor
  • Loyalty & Integrity: Strictly maintains the executive’s privacy and corporate operational secrets
